St. Clair County very recently had to repair/replace their VHF analog repeater on 154.010. In doing so, they or MCA or whoever programmed the repeater input 154.325 CSQ (no tone) and it is transmitting pretty much all of the Chilton County fire traffic from high atop Bald Rock Mountain in Moody. So, until they fix that, you can hear that traffic in the Birmingham and east central Alabama area easily!

Programming incompetence aside, that input frequency is atrocious. 50 miles or less from a from a countywide repeater system which uses the same frequency as an output, and it only has 315 kHz separation from its own output frequency (154.010).
