Hey guys, I will be in Fort Pierce for a few days and I was wondering where St Lucie County Fire Dispatch and/or Fort Pierce Fire could be heard? The EDACS system does not list a Fire Dispatch channel and I didn’t see anything for them listed under the Treasure Coast P25 system either. Plenty for Martin County though…

Thanks!

Everything worth monitoring in Port Fierce is encrypted.

Except the railroad. Florida East Coast has a yard there with through freights and interchange from SCXF "the sugar train".
FEC road 160.53MHz
FEC talkback to dispatcher 160.77MHz

Plus marine traffic.

Good to know. I’m able to pick up Indian River County fairly well from our hotel room. Fun fact: despite what the database says, Indian River Sheriff Dispatch 1 is NOT E. I’ve heard them loud and clear on both the EDACS and P25 systems all day

The P25 system is still being tested. You may hear IRCSO traffic in the clear from time to time, but it's not the normal traffic pattern.
