It appears that Stafford County Sheriff's Office is now dispatching on 489.3125 as opposed to 489.8375. Anyone know what the details are on this?

They're probably just using 489.3125 as primary dispatch temporarily. Every now and then, they seem to switch between 489.8375 and 489.3125. Sometimes, I think radio/repeater problems are the cause of the switch.
