Does anyone know if Stanford Life Flight's 800 MHz frequency is still in use? The license expired in 2014.

Thanks. Is one of those frequencies (858.3125 or 130.05) used to dispatch them to calls, or is that done by another method?

Neither typically gets used for Life Flight dispatch. 130.05 gets used for traffic between helos (Life Flight, CALSTAR, etc) and Stanford's landing pads. I have no information on how they dispatch.

If you aren't aware, Stanford Medical Center contracts the LifeFlight helicopter. For 20 years or so (and just renewed the first of 2022) it's been awarded to Air Methods. The ship and pilots are Air Methods, the clinical staff is Standford Medicine. I think it's good strategy for the Medical Center to own the frequency- so if the contractor should change its no muss/no fuss in continuity.

They also ordered a new helicopter to replace the 15-year old BK-117- look for it this year. Depending on who you believe, its likely a new model of the same thing (EC-145 with a 5-blade main rotor), other vendors took a run at getting it for sure (Bell, Augusta, etc).
