Stanley County/Albemarle

Greetings all. I will be in Albemarle/Stanley Co.. after July 4th for a few days. I have noticed that Stanley Co. is listed as being on Conventional, Charlotte UASI and VIPER. Which one are they using mostly? Thanks in advance.

They are on UASI as mentioned above.

When they do a dispatch, they will then assign an ops channel for the call.

Law enforcement is encrypted.

Don't understand why? Especially Dispatch
