STARCOM21 OLREC

Hello all,

I am looking to listen only to OLREC on STARCOM21 further details at: STARCOM21 Statewide Illinois TG Category: Cook County - Oak Lawn Regional Emergency Communications with emphasis on OLREC 36962. What would be the easiest way to go upon this? I know this is Phase 2 Encrypted…Thank you

Sorry, but if it is encrypted you will NOT hear it on a scanner. If the agency has a feed then you could listen to that but AFAIK that dispatch agency does not have a feed.

For unencrypted Phase 2 P25 in the area the SDS100, SDS200 and Unication G-Series seem to work best due to the simulcast nature of the SC21 system.
