TalkGroups/Channels 1, 2440, and 2445

I caught some of the traffic on TG 2445, sounded like behavioral health agencies/facilities around the state. TG 2444 was active this morning too, a few of the users were identifying as "40 Alpha", which the RR wiki shows as "Human Services", so maybe DHHS offices around the state? The test on 2444 didn't go very well, apparently some traffic was coming through on other TG's and they said they were going to talk with UCA about it.
A lot of confusion over the different channels that were to be used. I caught traffic on the 3 earlier mentioned channels (plus 2444). Seems different radios have different numbering, and none had an alpha designator. I will be listening to the recordings later for a clearer understanding. Agreed that it seemed to be "Human Services" and not Hospitals/Medical Facilities.

2 different nets. Utah Dept of Health and Human Services (DHHS), and Utah Dept of Child and Family Services (DCFS). DHHS consisted mostly of Hospitals and Clinics across the state. DCFS consisted of mostly treatment and recovery facilities across the state. Lot of confusion over channel numbers. (or at least that is what I heard)
yes alot of departments do they own monthly net check ins, in preparation for emergencies. hospitals also do these checkins and the hospital status . they were doing it on hospital commons TG on 800.. not sure what they are on 700 I haven't heard them yet. some where still doing some tests and checkins on 800 still a few months ago , but I'd im imagine they are all on 700 now or should be...
the only ones that may not be totally using 700 is utah national guard.. they were still using 800 last I checked
