PSR-700: sticky outside coating

Have a new PSR-700 and the outside of the case has a sticky coating on it. Any ideas on removing this coating without harming the case?

Used something like lighter fluid, WD-40 or an orange based cleaner with plastic scraper on my early PSR-800.

The black paint comes off the keys real easy and the white plastic shows also
