I picked up some comms on 124.025 and 120.975 with Washington center, but never heard them with Boston center ....

Working ZNY Harrisburg (133.475). Turned left and now (0924) over Baltimore heading southwest & working ZDC Pinion (133.975) & ZDC Montebello (121.675)
1215- C-130J # 08-5678 AED4aF6 landing at MCAS Quantico. Had left Quantico earlier in the morning and flew out to western PA then returned to Quantico. No callsign showing on ADS-B. Anyone catch this guy in comms?
