I've found a couple scheduled flights leaving soon that I wouldn't be surprised if they are Amy Barrett and family.
South Bend Intl to Dulles

Yeah pick was worst kept secret in DC :)

RCH 983 C-17 07-7186 inbound Dover 1820 local req 135k fuel haz cargo with 1.4 and 3.3. We are on special mission.
3.3 is flammable liquid. 1.4 is usually small ammo.

1940 local see AF-2 Southbound GLF5 09-0525 with SAM 2A in the lead GLF5 06-0500.
Assume joining Pres at Newport News rally tonight.

The other tanker was FIST 12 (62-3531) out of Phoenix and they dragged DORY 61-64 to Miramar. Both tankers landed at Travis AFB.

Watching on ADS-B, AF1 never got above 6,500ft all the way to Harrisburg. Would think that VC-25 # 82-8000 is on stand-by at ADW just in case.

1921- AF1 working Harrisburg tower (124.8 (LiveATC)

Well I was right about the bad weather today. I was really hoping to at least be able to watch videos of the flyover. It ended up nice and sunny in western VA today.

And all of Langley was right there last night, yet there was a CAP. Doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason for the CAPs.
