IDAHO92 N2092S now operating over DC. Probably the relief for whoever was on 136.275 but not visible. The Ps are probably the Pentagon and Potomac which the helos always refer to as splitting the Ps when traveling through the area.
Are you able to hear the other aircraft they are talking to on the frequency ? The second aircraft (who I presume is using the target data) is even weaker.

This morning a couple fighters I think departing area 0915 local with ZDC FL210
MOOSE 1 and HAWK 21. Hawk 21 req direct destination readback of FKN
Maybe Wallops departures.

Hear is DCM4140 passing nearly directly overhead a few minutes ago. A Bombardier BD-100-1A10 (CL30) as I suspected. 
As far as I can tell this plane was temporarily owned by MCR Aviation and regd as N4158D before being bought by whoever is operating it out of MDT. But I haven't been able to find any record with a serial number to tie to the correct current registration.

Yep - tracking as well -- confirm CL30 as that matches the data I found. Landing at airport in Kentucky. Will keep researching new owner.

EDDIE62 Orbiting in Buckeye MOA with MABEL91 who gave out phone number for Vermont Natl. Guard for EDDIE62 to call on satellite phone and advise them she was 45 minutes out on 343.800 then on 238.800 EDDIE again gave out the number again asking another person to relay the message. EDDIE62 on 343.800 calling STING21 (F-16) on AR Primary.
