0940- Navy 101 (C-37 # 166377 AE151A VR-1) off ADW heading north. Maybe heading for Stewart by different route.

I'm guessing that AF1 will take northern route to Stewart. ADW to Scranton the turn for Newburgh. Less traffic that way.

1024- ADS-B showing DeeCee 91 (KC-135R # 57-1487 AE041E 756th ARS) off Jacksonville FL. Looks like he departed from Savannah GA. Maybe first fuel stop for Angels?

1145- Navy 375 (C-37 # 166375 AE10C2 VR-1) off ADW heading northwest.

1150- Pack 91 (KC-46 # 116-46015 AE5BC0 ) transiting heading south. Working ZNY Harrisburg (133.475), ZDC Pinion (133.975) & ZDC Gordonsville (133.725)

The PACK A-A is 238.85. They might be using that. Maybe refuelers for the Blues? Pack 91 & Medusa 01 working ZDC Brooke (126.875) at FL250. Pack 91 advises that they are "trying to find them". Maybe looking for the Blues? One lof the civvies advises ZDC that they have the Blue Angles insight.
1355- Hearing comms on 289.8 the Blue Angels refueling freq.

MEDUSA 1 on interplane 225.450 and with ZDC VHF 125.450
"PACK 91 requests a turn" Had that freq as old 22ARW tanker freq :)
Ok see a pair hooked up.
MEDUSA and PACK move over to 289.800 for A/A. "MEDUSA slowing to 300".
289.800 "BLUE ANGEL 5 cleared to Stern on PACK 91,BLUE ANGEL 1 cleared to stern on Medusa 1.
1407 local MEDUSA pushes over to ZNY Matawan/JFK 125.325.. Too far North for me now.
1416 225.450 Medusa reports there will be air delay so will hold longer,no problem.

There is a C-17 with the callsign Blues55 heading southeast. I forgot about Fat Albert for a minute and thought he was associated with the Blue Angels but I think is is just a normal C-17 out of MS.

Of course I am sure AF1 will overfly Scranton on the way back because it will be dark lol

Speaking of F-18s and KC-46s, perhaps this match up for AR would not have happened today had some things not transpired earlier this year.
I found this article a couple days ago.
