RUMMY 91 came all the way from Hawaii so prob out of fuel this far East.
Looks like he did a little zig zag around Denver and he was prob done.

He is inbound to McGuire AFB, JEST 31-33 should be arriving at Langley a bit earlier 2050Z now ....

RUMMY 91 cut them loose already over the Pacific, the F-22s were with RUMMY 93 all the way to Tonopah,
and then RUMMY 94 took them over for the rest of their flight.

Turns out this would be the helo formerly known as OMAHA4. DHS/CBP have changed their callsign.
I found a LiveATC recording of DCA tower for December 1 with N150CM (formerly OMAHA1) identifying as TROY194.
