and then RUMMY 94 took them over for the rest of their flight.

TROY4 helo with DCA tower 134.35, eastbound from Wolf Trap. Maybe one of those SD ArNG H-60s?

Turns out this would be the helo formerly known as OMAHA4. DHS/CBP have changed their callsign.

I found a LiveATC recording of DCA tower for December 1 with N150CM (formerly OMAHA1) identifying as TROY194.

Yes - saw a Twitter post shared from a friend that they made 3 drops into the storm to help nail down specifics and help with future model runs. All rain here in SJ now!
