Couple of RCH's in from Hawaii tracking Eastbound in Cont US now. Maybe one or both for Langley?
RCH 449 C-5M 87-0030
RCH 429 C-17 08-8192
Hickam Space A shows two C-17 flights to Langley tomorrow and one Tuesday as well.
Lots of spare parts and toolboxes for those F-22's. Maybe their own special vehicles as well.
Both of these RCH's went Langley and both westbound for their home bases now 1800 local.
A RCH 746 was inbound McGuire 1500 local alpha 1 req parking and crew trans.. no tail seen.
Earlier today BNDGE-36 C-17 08-8202 from Middle East to Ramstein.
Assume will be a US bound Med-Evac or two before Christmas this week.

Guys,

Just a little more on the Monarch antenna.

Have been playing around various VHF ATC freqs with the Monarch this weekend. This afternoon I heard an acft located just north of Raleigh NC (he was at FL330) and this evening just heard one north of Binghamton NY (at FL350).

Both of those are about 200 miles away from me. I have the extra thick (architectural) shingles on my roof, so I think this reception is great since antenna is up in my attic.

I'm anxious to see if the UHF reception I'm getting now extends beyond BWI.

Can you post a link of this antenna ?

Thank you

Venus 91 98-0001 ADFEB7 squawking 7700 for a long while, now changed to 2575. Track shows it was doing circles around Goldsboro NC, where 82-8000 is headed.

Also seen in the area AE5EB6 with call VVHX013 reported before as being HMX-1, possible training?

Good evening,

Interesting recording from last Thursday, when two F-22s diverted to Travis while they were enroute to Langley from Hickam.
JEST 44 and JEST 45 diverted, RUMMY 04 flight took the other F-22s further eastbound: RUMMY03

René.
Interesting.. Also just notice RUMMY-83 63-7971 IL ANG inbound from Hawaii at FL390 headed home.

82-8000 looked like it was headed home after some training around the Greensboro NC area, but turned around and headed back. Looks like being shadowed by a fighter with a TIS-B ident of 278348

0815- Navy 100 (C-37 # 166377 AE151A VR-1) off ADW heading south. Working ZDC Swann (134.5). Navy 100 is usually the CNO's acft. Looks like he's going to the Norfolk/Virginia Beach area. Office Christmas Party? Landed at NAS Chambers.

That shadow was probably 82-8000's TIS-B transponder. I've been noticing this a lot more lately with both mil & civ aircraft.

VENUS 7 09-0015 AE4AE6 left adw headed SW over TN now.
RCH883T 07-7189 AE20CA departing ADW

@Tech792 thanks that's what I was thinking. Does the TIS-B change with each flight or is it consistent?
