I'm not sure. TIS-B is new to me. But I think the TIS-B numbers do change but not 100% sure.

My little Monarch ribbon antenna is pulling in strong UHF signals (230-300 MHz) from W386 which is about 125-150 miles away from me. Out performing my discone.
