I was in Alexandria early this morning, so I decided I'd make it a fishing trip too. I didn't feel like getting a DC license since I won't have an good opportunity to fish the shad run. So I motored down to the Woodrow Wilson bridge area in MD waters. Around 1315 I got a good flyover. After the first MV-22 there was a VH-60 I didn't record. And then later a VH-3D (no idea if it was the same as the first) came from the west and then turned north to go to Bolling. I had considered bring a good video camera, but I did't. This cheap cam has a really hard time focusing with the overcast.

DELAWARE CITY, Del. — The Coast Guard suspended the search Saturday night for a boater that went missing Friday evening four miles south of Delaware City.
Watchstanders at the Coast Guard Sector Delaware Bay command center had received a report that a boater contacted emergency services when his friend went missing after their boat capsized in waters around Augustine Beach.
A Coast Guard Air Station Atlantic City MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew was launched along with a Coast Guard Station Philadelphia boat crew to search for the missing person.
The Coast Guard searched approximately 18 hours over 120 square miles.
"It is never an easy decision to suspend a search," said David Umberger, command duty officer at the Sector Delaware Bay command center. "Our condolences go out to the family of the missing individual, and we urge everyone to be safe by wearing life jackets, bringing safety equipment when out on the water and making float plans prior to boating."
Also involved in the search were the New Castle and Penn Port Fire Departments, members of the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, and a Delaware State Police helicopter aircrew.

1130- Couple of CG MH-65Ds in the area. Ome # 6566 (from Atlantic City) is operating in the Philly area/
The second one #6547 I passing over Hagerstown MD at 5,000 ft heading south. This tail # was last based in the Savannah GA area. Looks like he departed from Hagerstown Airport.

I think that's what MH-65D # 6566 was doing.

0830- Couple of WRI KC-10s (85-0030 & 84-0192) off WRI heading out over the Atlantic. Is there a Coronet today or maybe just some AAR training?
Saw a BLUE 81 KC10 off McGuire EB last night.. Got to go downrange and collect the 12 A-10s from Moody who are being replaced by our recent Idaho A-10s :)
May get them back by end of this week.

Guys,

Anyone got any ideas on the TITUS ## acft that fly out of ADW?

The suffix sometimes changes, but the tail # (84-0496 08ED) is always the same. I don't know which unit he belongs to.

Titus 43 AE08ED 83-0469 doing touch and goes at Harrisburg...

According to Scramble FB post, on 19 December 2018, L-3 Communications Vertex Aerospace LLC, Madison (MS) was awarded an estimated USD 35 million modification contract, which was added to a previously awarded USD 70 million contract for contractor logistic support of the US Air Force C-12 fleet. Work is expected to be completed by 31 December 2019.

Among the AC included were from the 1st AS at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland
83-0495 C-12D BP-41 dec18
83-0499 C-12D BP-45 nov18

So that might be a good bet.

Cud be. According to Scramble 83-0496 is
83-0496C-12DBP-42USE BogotaActivejan18jan18ex Andrews AFB

So maybe he's back at ADW. He always seems to be going some sort of pilot training/proficiency flts so maybe it's transition training for C-32 pilots? cheaper to use a C-12 than the big C-32??????

My ADSB shows TEAM15 (85-0030) TEAM16 (84-0192) TOPCAT7 (62-3508) heading east off Toms River / AC.

I didn't get anything on any of the McGuire reference freqs. Has anyone heard anything from them? Just checking if my antenna is crapping out or they have been extra quiet.

1305-ish - PAT 01 flight trying to call Pentagon Tower on VHF (143.1) and UHF (231.3) for landing but no response. PAT01 then calls FOGHORN on 293.5. Response was broken but FOGHORN acknowledged. Unheard what the resolution was - guessing they just landed at the Pentagon.

Neat. Where are you located?

That's the first log I've seen with Pentagon freqs in I don't recall how long. I always wondered if they were in use.

I used to have them in my scanner but never heard them so took them out.

Alexandria, VA.

The helipad freqs get regular use. I hear the 293.5 freq less frequently.

Cheers
