Still waiting a response from FL but did find this just in case you catch them.
When Aircraft check in with Marshall they report their tail number along with bearing, distance, and altitude to Moms and their fuel state. Tail numbers or side numbers will identify which unit and aircraft type your hearing.
When Aircraft meet up with a tanker for refueling they are usually asked for their side number.
During COMPTUEX exercises in order to make them more "real world" squadron aircraft do not use their 'normal' radio callsign. They'll use a tactical callsign and the best way to associate a tactical callsign to the actual squadron is to listen for the tail number when they check in with Marshall.

Two TFRs issued (ZDC and ZNY) for Monday's POTUS trip to Baltimore, heard through media he'll land at the fort, helo was doing practice touch and goes this week.
Also TFRs issued (ZJX and ZMA) for "Special Security" reasons in Cape Canaveral, Florida for space launch (and POTUS trip to Patrick AFB).

Politics at play as well. Gov Hogan ok with it but If this was Pres Obama I bet no Mayor complaints
Chopper may not land directly at the Fort but may have been doing emergency test runs instead.
