Around 1100 this looks like it departed PAX, flashing alternating callsigns on ADSB-X. HERD61 or RCHR 12. ???

I would say glitch but I bet P-8A's could really play havoc with ADS-B if they wanted too.
1156am local Ascot 4500 A-400 #ZM-406calling Andrews CP inbound there.
Haven't seen one of these up close yet..
1440 local ASCOT-4500 showing back up headed South. Maybe off to the Carib after Florida stop.
These RAF guys normally stop at Norfolk Chambers after pond crossing but they are of course offline for a while.

Saw that going straight offshore today as well and wondered if it came back.

RUMMY 71,72 NH ANG KC-46's off San Diego area headed for Hawaii at FL270 dragging someone.
Report yesterday RUMMY-61,62 were dragging flight of 6 CUBE 11 flight to Hawaii.
Assume Navy/Marine assets as about the only receivers allowed on the KC-46's.
1810 local 141.550 with loud digi Enc coms. Only 1 bar on scanner but clear.
