They are referencing TACAN air-to-air mode, to monitor range(DME) from each other. They need to be 63 (MHz) channels apart for it to work. 29-92 is a common split for A-A, easy to remember.

Spamtanker ASCOT2142 heading towards Scottish Oceanic point. I'm not familiar with the way it will route down the East side of the US but it's destination is Alexandria (used to be England AFB in my day). Unusually this is being flown by one of the 'surge' aircraft which would more normally be chartered out to a spamcarrier (was Thomas Cook last time)...as such it wears G-VYGM rather than a military tail (technically all the UK tanker fleet is all civilian and has an exclusive contract to supply the RAF with air refuelling even though the tankers only have drogues....very odd considering the UK keeps buying American types of aircraft which need a probe)

1145- Komodo 04 (E-8C JSTARS # 97-0201 AE1496 116th ACW Warner Robins AFB GA) up from Warner Robbins and orbiting in PAX area. Working Huntress (139.7) & Brave flt (F-16s 121st FS DC ANG). Also working Bay Watch (305.2) for flt route back to GA.

1155- Steeljaw 01 (E-2D) working Potomac (135.625). Not showing on ADS-B.

1200-CTM 1011 (French AF A-330 F-UJCT) transiting area heading northeast at FL410.

NIGHTSTAR wkg KILLER 11/BONE 12/UNION 41 on 328.025 1645z

Anyone hear these guys working any other frequencies or ATC ? I'm guessing NIGHTSTAR was the KOMODO E-8C, BONE 12 must have been a B-1. Any guesses who KILLER and UNION are ?

I was thinking maybe SPUR 91 was on the way to meet them but looks like they went direct to McGuire. Staging ?
