1222- Reach 997 (KC-10 # 87-0119) working Brickyard CP (237.1) w/30 mins inbound call. Chat about evacuees. Not sure if they are on Reach 997 or that Reach 997 dropped them off at Dulles. Reach 997 departed from Dulles.

I can't find any ATC using 314.250. Any other clues ? Can you pick out any callsigns or flight numbers being mentioned ?

I've been trying but he's quite weak. Haven't been able to catch much, just a word here & there. His comms procedure says some sort of approach/departure freq to me.
Rgr Ron caught weak inbound call from RCH997 but did mention "pax are evacuees course you knew that".

Rgr Ron sounded like Deebert-01 flight with SPUR-66 on time for 2130 A/R
Noisy background like B-52's or B-1's.. "3 ship but only two will be taking gas" talking with SPUR-66.
"Finally got thru to Skynet on HF 15.016". There was back and forth about satellites coms V-Stat and sw to Milstar.
SPUR-66 now up on AR-20E at FL 25k.

I was out of room so got on tape and only have a few freqs like that in my rotation.
I'm sure even after replaying 10 times I got callsign wrong as well.
Devert,Debert?Barksdale Buffs like that 341.750 as A/A.
The other day SPUR-67 did the B-2's.. Maybe another flight of B-2's but radios were noisy compared to normal B-2's.
These seemed to be coming SW to NE anyway.. prob Barksdale Buffs. Maybe join B-2's in Iceland?
