More VMFA-211 F-35s?
Maybe not as at Fl-360.. prob just returning McGuire... Sorry.
Negative Mark. I caught the VMFA-211 F-35s on recordings divert to Bangor yesterday around 1558z. There were pictures and video on the Bangor Facebook page showing their arrival. As far as I can tell, they're still there. Will post if I hear them leave or find out more.

Thanks Ed,yeah just had GOLD-62 inbound McGuire from Tuscon after first wave the other day.
Funny in that half of them aren't even home yet but mission completed.

Think they will load them up on US Heavies at Bangor?
Finally found out where those CH-53s went.....Brunswick (KBXM). Seems they are in the area for some cold weather survival training. They stage at Brunswick and I just heard one on Brunswick Unicom 122.725 inbound to land from up North using the callsign HAMMERHEAD. He popped on my box for a short bit. I checked my loggings and so far recorded two of the tail numbers since they arrived:
161992 / AE4B2F
161259 / AE4B4D
The HAMMERHEAD callsign confirms their squadron Marine Heavy Helicopter Squadron 366 (HMH-366) listed here:

1525 local First Norway P-8A (47819D) #9582 POSEIDEN 1 circling Dobbins GA in from Seattle now pressing on South.
Pressing onto Jacksonville.. Being first P-8A tail for them a good place to arm and test/train offshore in nicer wx :)

Norway gets first P-8A Poseidon from Boeing - Aerotech News & Review

Just had CG Chopper 6582 calling 6588 on CG Secondary 237.900.. Rarely heard around here.
Not seeing on mode s but hear one of them buzzing in area of C+D Canal. 6582 reports hovering over Claremont airport (Cecil Cty airport)
waiting on 6588. 82 says we are gonna use our BOUNCER callsign so BOUNCER 1+2. Practice for weekend Wilm CAP?
237.900 "Fights on Bogey" Must be practice.

Thanks for that info. Been wondering where they went. I've been watching that area for the past few days to see if they pop up again.

Try 251.400 and 262.700 for their A/A freqs. I logged the latter freq several years back when I saw them flying along the NC shoreline.
