Ron I think you logged some KC-46's into Andrews recently? No we know why.

Well, they didn't waste any time. I just listened to PACK 41 refuel EPIC 1-4 (MA F-15s) in AR-631. EPIC pilot said, "this is my first time on a 46". I think I just heard some history for my area! The first refuel on a USAF fighter jet from a PACK KC-46. Just think, the last time a pilot might have said that was when the KC-10 came out and before that, the KC-135! A rare treat for me to hear this. Made my day!

The F-15s worked low level in VR-840 over Maine for about 20 minutes then met with the tanker in AR-631. After refueling, they went (an currently still are) to Yankee 1 MOA and Yankee Laser North, East, and West ATCAA ground level to FL350.

Rgr Ed great catch.. Hopefully soon those PACK KC-46 tankers can come down our way and
work some Langley F-22's. I see they are cleared for routine Buffs as well so may get Altrav for Buffs someday soon
hooking up with them. I'm sure McConnell KC-46's will nail down Buff Quals out there..

1925 local ADSBX TINCAN-71 C-17 #88-0266 from Pope AFB working at FL9k down South Carolina way..
Army static jumpers away prob earlier at Pope.Looks like rtb Charleston AFB. Thats an oldie C-17 tail.

Not too fast there Mark! There'll be no F-22s just yet. This quote is from the article:

"jets with low-observable coatings such as the B-2, F-22, and F-35 would not be open for the missions because of continued issues with the RVS system, Samuelson said."

I guess we'll have to wait on that. We'll just have to take what we can get for now. I'm sure the KC46 crews must be happy to be able to refuel something else besides each other!

Was just listening to a LiveATC archive for Ft Wayne, IN. Hearing BUCK and what sounds like FORT. Are these the 122FW A-10s or something else?

Just had two H-60s fly right past, chatting on 41.85 CTCSS 151.4. I think that's the first time I've heard them using it. Coordinating speed and alt.

I think these may be two I saw fly by on a YouTube fishing live stream in Georgetown not long ago.

Biden to be home at ILG this weekend. Potential arrival Friday 2/26 around 1600 local. Pre TFR notice published 2/26-2/28

Biden NOT going to Delaware on Friday, maybe Saturday, but according to the schedule he returns to the White House after Houston trip. No TFR has been issued.

10:00 AM THE PRESIDENT and THE FIRST LADY depart Joint Base Andrews en route Houston, Texas
10:00 PM THE PRESIDENT and THE FIRST LADY arrive at the White House

I think you most likely heard BUCK and BOAR, and yes, they're A-10s. They use these callsigns: APEX, BOAR, BOILER, BUCK, BULLET, COLT, CUDA, DEEP, HEAT, KILLER, MACE, PIG, SANDY, SNAKE, SNIPER, SNOOPY, SWINE.

This was also a possibility. RCH730T dropped off supplies yesterday at ILG. VH-60N and CG MH-65 both flew in.
