or none of the above
Article in CBC says airline tickets out of Russia are off the charts sold out and expensive.
One way Coach to Dubai are $12k etc.. Not many countries open to flights due to embargoes.
Seems many of the supposed conscripts are headed out as well.. They are saying Thanks but No Thanks :)

1445 HAWK-31 flight on ZNY 282.300 will RTB Barnes to FL330 via Deerpark.

Interesting long tanker flight track for PACK-94 tanker #18-46051 out and back to Pease just now.
Dropped down near Louisiana and westbound like that till West Texas then flying high back home.
Blue Angels are at Miramar airshow this coming weekend. Maybe them westbound from Pensacola?

They talk about landing with 4600 pounds of gas, must be fighters, not B-52s as I had thought from the callsign. They mention Fort Worth, could they be F-35s?

Checking LiveATC the GRIM 1 flight landed at Burlington/KBTV. ID’d by Tower as F-35s. Sounded like a flight of 2. Perhaps the Ft. Drum discussion pertained to their alternate if they couldn’t make KBTV ? No hints as to whether they were on delivery or BTV based VT ANG ?

At the same time the F-35s we’re passing through ZBW 282.200 there was a SLAM 1 working an intercept, the controller warned them not to enter Canadian airspace, then handed them off to Huntress 260.900. There was also what sounded like BARON 1 that seemed to be part of the same exercise, mentioned something about going to Sherbrooke/YSC. Both RTB to Barnes/KBAF, so presumably F-15s.

Actually listening again the BARON 1 sounded like it was a prop/turboprop. Maybe the aircraft SLAM 1 was doing intercept practice on ?

Thanks. (y)

I think it was probably a delivery flight coming from FTW. I believe you are right, the Fort Drum brief must have been if the projected BTV landing fuel dropped below 4000 pounds from listening to the clip. Are the pilots' callsigns FOAM and GRIMACE in the clip?

From the pilots' comments, sounds like the F-35 software is still very much in the user beta test phase after years of delay and billions of dollars of cost overruns.

I'm shocked, shocked I tell you... ;)
