As I'm sure you know, the hex value of 924924 above is octal 11111111. ;)

I believe Jared Soergel told me a while back that this miscoded aircraft is most likely E-6B BuNo 162782.

924924 is 163918. It's also used by a 1st FW T-38.
163918 has also used 053977.
162782 is one of those I mentioned being airborne earlier.

164407 used 492492 a long time ago.
164405 used to use 249249.

Yep, my math is messed up. 924924 is actually octal 44444444, 249249 is octal 11111111 I believe.

By the way, do you have any insight into why the E-6s displayed 'GOTO FMS' as an ADS-B ident for many years?

HATE11-13 and HATE14 are on their way to Fairford. Second flight of four also due. Routine Bomber Task Force deployment rather than further trying to destabilise Eastern Europe (though I'm sure it will manage that too).
Oceanic exit will be at OSBOX for HATE11-13 and HATE14

Earlier mention of E6 tail 162782 - like the others it uses two ICAO addresses, AE040D for most purposes but AE2925 for INMARSAT logs of which might help clear up if the unknown track was that frame.
