Does anyone know what type of aircraft this is Pat1266 AFED4. I noticed this on virtual radar the past few days and it shows as military. I couldn't locate anything that would identify it online.

ADFED4 is 85-1266, a C-12F

ANVIL01 departing, KMRB I would guess. 125.05>126.1
290 heading toward CAPON

Still not on mode-S at FL100.

1642- Finally at FL180 I'm seeing 88-1307 RCH1032 which could be it.
1651- Nope, RCH1032 checking in the ZDC 133.65, same place I last heard ANVIL01.

NASA917 N917NA T-38 120.45 looking for 1R for Dulles.
http://flightaware.com/live/flight/NASA917

Apparently an F-18 inbound too just ahead of it. BOLT01 it sounded like. Maybe VMFA 251
While listening to the NASA on 120.45 I kept hearing ATC talking to a 01 but I'd never hear the plane. I guess I should've been checking UHF.

1922- Strong orderwire on 301.65
Probably E-6B 164407 inbound to Pax.

Boeing testbed N614BA has been flying round the Martinsburg area tonight at 8300ft. Occasionally I pick up the ADS-B transmissions.
Flightradar24 shows it out of Harrisburg, then it's been doing a ~30 mile diameter circle around a point west of HGR.

2340- Climbing now

They're pretty consistent with that circle. Centerpoint is just about where the Route 57 id is on this map - http://itouchmap.com/?d=584334&s=MD&f=summit which is northeast of Fairview Mountain. The red pointer is Fairview Mountain.

The center point is near the old telecom relay station just to the north on top of the mountain. This has been rebuilt into something classified or unclassified in recent years with activity on site. Could this flight be related??

This aircraft is a testbed for a lower end maritime surveillance aircraft for export customers. Interesting that they are testing in a mountainous area....
