My Strigesberg gave up the ghost last week. I emailed them and they came back with,"send it in and we'll take care of it". Wasn't sure exactly what that meant, but it needed to be fixed.
I packed it up and sent it Priority on the 29th. Went to the mail box yesterday and it was back already.
No charge.Pretty good service on an item that was at least 10 years old.
