Stridsberg Multicoupler Alternative?

I was running a 4 port Stridsberg multicoupler for a few months and was very happy with it but it suddenly stopped working. I reached out to Stridsberg and they said the issue was under warranty and to send it into them for repair so I did. They replied to my first couple emails but at this point it has been almost two weeks since I have heard from them and I still do not have my mulicoupler back. I have tried several emails and phone calls. I've never gotten anyone to pick up the phone and it says their mailbox is full. This experience doesn't make me too excited to purchase another one but I don't really know what I'm looking for in a multicoupler so I was hoping people could tell me what other brands/models they have had good luck with.

No, I don’t feel you are giving them long enough. I’d like for a company to fix my stuff and return it in 2 days but I just don’t think it’s realistic any more. And it seems this company is already struggling to stay afloat.
Oh yes I don’t disagree with you. When they first told me they would turn it around in 3-4 days I was pleasantly surprised. Not being able to get ahold of them by email or phone more just weirds me out/concerns me more than anything.

I had a Stridsberg for some time, until it fried from lightning in the area.. I went to these.. I found they work pretty well for my stuff.. PCT International (Amplifiers Link below). Also, I use Antronix distribution amps of various amplifications, etc. They also work pretty well for me. These are both a less costly solution. One caveat.. they do not work well, below 50 MHz.. as they attenuate below that frequency.

I own several Stridsburg multi-couplers. I think each has been fried by lightning at some point, and each has been repaired under warranty by Stridsburg. The turnaround time hasn't been great, expect at least a month. This is why I had multiple units so that I have something in place while a dead one is out.

I've since added more devices to arrest lightning/etc. and ended up with a concoction of my own. I'm essentially using a low noise wide band amp feeding into a splitter that can pass 25M to 1G. The craziest aspect is all the adapters to go from N, SMA, BNC, F connectors.

Add me to the list of someone who has not heard back from Stridsburg and I have a MC204M sitting with them for almost a month. I have a MC208M still that needs to fixed also but I'm not going to chance not getting it back. Anyone know of the fuse # that can be replaced?

I let another week go by and I still haven't heard back from Chris on my MC204M warranty repair. No emails, phone mailbox is full and he don't answer the phone. My check is still not cashed so I'm wonder if something has happened. Last I heard from him was of Feb 6 when he told me to send it in. Does anyone know him and are they still in business?

Good news. Finally got ahold of Chris. They have been pretty swamped and having mail issues. He has my MC and will be returning it shortly.
