Would it be possible to have a ticker somewhere on the site with the number of submissions currently pending to be added to the site? I see a number displayed when I submit data, just wondering if there is a way to keep tabs on it.
Well that would be up to you, what I was saying is that there are lots of people who misuse the ability to "identify an unknown" frequency, by submitting them all in a single session, one at a time, instead of putting them together as single submission. If you are working on a county, trying to untangle it, sure, wait until you have something cohesive, it saves changing things over and over. Let me tell you, it is a lot easier to submit than it is to process submissions.Grog said:So are you saying it would be better to wait until you have a few changes to one group? Say over the timeframe of a week or so if I'm working on checking out a county?

Ahhh, actually that would a neat idea, even if it wasn't public. I know for a fact that my "conventional queue" has been maxed out at 50 for I don't know how long.AngelFire91 said:Yeah lou,
I think he's saying when you submit changes after you go through all the steps it says at the bottom of the page something like;
"Please be patient regarding the posting of your submission!
We have 234 submissions waiting to be processed. Please do not ask us the status of your submission, we did receive it and will process it accordingly. Thank you!"
He's looking for something like a page counter near the top or bottom somewhere that says; "234 submissions in que" Just so people can keep an eye on how many submissions are being worked at any time without having to submit data to see it.
