Guys it seems like I made an error on the frequency assignment thought it LSP . But it waz not. I humbly regret the error.
The Super Bowl CAP flight (Combat Air Patrol) will reportedly be flown by F-15s out of Naval Air Station Joint Reserve Base Fort Worth.
NASJRB New Orleans
Not according to the reports I've seen, the CAP is supposed to be based out of Ft Worth NOT New Orleans. Do you know something we don't?
As a side note, CAP is seldomly if ever based out of the same airport POTUS is landing at, which on Sunday is NASJRB New Orleans.

The Marines did several practice flyovers this afternoon for the anthem on Sunday. Comms were on 254.875 and 123.05.
Here are two published news stories. Both report the 122nd Air Support will be flying CAP, they are based at NASJRB New Orleans. Also included a link to the 159th Fighter Wing FB page.
Maybe they will reposition them to Fort Worth. But we don't have F15s here.

The F-15s for Combat Air Patrol are supposed to be from Ohio, as I said, I have yet to see CAP based at the same airport the President lands/departs at, which is NASJRB New Orleans Sunday afternoon. You may be right, and the location of the fighters (that won't be from a local base) is hardly worth all this discussion on a thread about radio comms at the Superbowl, so I won't disagree with you. Enjoy the game and thank you for contributing.
Its funny because I told a friend last night, the same exact thing, about them never being based in the location of the CAP.
