Hey

We responded to your ticket just after you submitted it and we haven't heard back.
I havent received any response,seriously.
Can you PM me so I can chat with you I cant get any response heres my ticket request (#3168) has been received.
I have not been able to login to my new account ,please respond via PM or that ticket # 3168.

Your account was locked because you didn't follow the proper procedure to change your name. Duplicate accounts are not permitted under any condition and result in an immediate ban when found. As stated in our Frequently Asked Administrative Questions (#1) the proper method is to request a name change.

We disabled his previous account and reinstated k2ool. He worked it through the support channels...
