Their were 7 fires set in Teller county yesterday and another today near the walmart in Woodland Park.

4 more fires this evening, too....all of them along Hwy 67 north of Woodland Park

13 total between yesterday and today, wonder if its the same person or persons responsible for the springer fire.

*BREAKING* Three more suspicious fires sparked in the past hour could be the work of a suspected serial arsonist setting wildfires in the Teller County area for the fourth day in a row, according to the Sheriff's Office.

The most recent fires are burning off of Highway 67 near Forest Service Road 339, the South Meadows Campground and near Manitou Lake.

The arsonist(s) is suspected in more than a dozen fires set this week. -

Media is reporting suspect is in-custody by Woodland Park PD.

There was also a fire in Rainbow Valley off CO 67 south of Divide. Out now.

A "suspect" was just detained/arrested in WP. Vehicle was impounded. Can't positively determine it's related to the fires but both WP PD and TCSO are involved. We'll see.
