Anyone know the radio frequency for swarthmore Public works?

If no joy from the licenses above they may not be using land mobile radios. Some DPW agencies, particularly smaller ones like Swarthmore may not have the need for LMR & may exclusively use cell/LTE

They primarily use cell and rarely use the frequencies listed except during plowing etc. A lot of smaller towns are like this in Delaware County.
