System for Secutiry Guards?

Sorry I am in total rush.
Pls dont argue around about legal thinks....

Is there an System for Security Guards who where every Radio work independent that mean no Repeater,...
What I looking for is:
a) Radio must fit into a Radio Pouch on a Backpack/ Vest
b) Transfer Data between the Radios from Tablets/ Laptop/ "PDA" who is in a Backpack or on a separated Pouch.
c) Encrypt Communication a short Key is enough like 4Bit good enough to not get cracked instantly.
d) VHF/ UHF
e) an Mode where the Radio scan for a free Channel if a jammer get detect that also mean auto channel search.

There will be no repeater or anythink. The Guard will just walk arround in Groups. If somethink happen the communication must work between each Member that include Data transfer.

The Motorola DTR radios are encrypted frequency hopping 900 MHz licence free radios. Not sure if they can interface for data, but they are good for voice. What environment is the data being used in anyways? If it is a building, just use WiFi.

What your really asking for is a military type radio. You can look at some of the Harris radios and see if they are what your looking for. But many of them are not for export outside the U. S.

Your requirements are more for covert operations. This is not the norm for someone looking for a radio system just for security guards. Under what type of weather and how water proof are these radios going to require?

You didn't provide any type of application distance that your looking for to use these radios between users.

We looking for an System who work w/o any external infrastructure. The Gov. could shutdown and or use IMSI Catcher to track Cellphone so its not a good idea to use that.

1) Conventional Two way radios for voice. Buy some surplus Motorola ASTRO radios with DES or AES encryption and a Keyloader.

2) goTenna Mesh with smartphone or tablet bluetooth and APP's for data communications https://www.gotenna.com/pages/mesh

You're asking for people to help you with secure coms and secure data transfer from backpack to backpack so the government can't find out what you're doing. To me THAT is cause for concern.

Good Joke. We have the highest price for all kind of products (food include) from the € Country. Your income is not that good and many people just get part time Jobs and need 2, 3 for living. We pay the 3rd highest Tax of the hole EU on your income. Sure you can get 1800€ but at the end you have just a hand full € in the Wallet.
