Anyone else using T Mobile 5G fixed home internet had problems downloading Sentinel updates? Worked fine after I used my AT&T wireless hotpsot.

T Mobile is not the greatest cellular phone service provider. I doubt they are blocking Sentinel, it's more likely the data integrity is lacking to do a reliable transfer.

T-mobile doesn't permit unencrypted FTP file transfers.

I've heard of a few that have spotted their phones and used the computer WiFi to connect to their phones and then was able to download the updated database & firmware files,

Yes, they weren't on T-mobile's network. The blockage isn't in the phone or home 5G network device, it's in T-Mobile's routers.

You need to go into the router and drop down the security level. Then after the update go back in and raise the level back up.
