BC296D: Table question

What is the band plan table for a Uniden DC 296D scanner on the Nebraska state wide system?
And also is this A Motorola type one or is it a Motorola type 2 VHF system?

The Nebraska statewide system is a P25 Phase 1 system. You'd set it up as a P25 system. Here is a link to the DB page for the system that includes the trunking tables:

I have that information, need where to start. Am using ARC250 basic, and it only has three (3) fields for me to fill out for the band plan!

Use the 3 band plans with the VHF frequencies. I have ARC250 Basic also. Please let me know if you have any questions.
