TCSO 1 and 2 cutoff areas

Can someone explain to me where TCSO 1 and 2 cutoff for dispatch purposes? Is it 198 or further South? TIA.

The cutoff is generally Highway 137 (Tulare-Lindsay Highway) aka Avenue 232 with a few exceptions. The 600 (Visalia) units go south of that for Matheney Tract just outside of Tulare, but work on SO2. Lindsay PD also straddles that line, but they are on SO1. Hope this helps.

I was thinking Toulumne County Sheriff, but I believe they use only one dispatch channel. So Tulare it must be!

Since the OP mentioned Highway 198 it is likely Tulare. Why has the OP not replied with a clarification? A clarification of "TIA" as his last word would also be helpful.

So many damned acronyms that I can't keep track. My first thought was the Tule River Indian Reservation, which is in Tulare County also. Their ICS 3 letter abbreviation is TIA, so the "Thanks In Advance" confused me, as I thought he might be very clumsily adding this reservation to what he wrote.

Not getting any feedback to several posts made to try to answer his question is not so polite.
