TeamSpeak Servers

I am wanting to setup some live audio stream from my scanner. I am going to do it through ScanAmerica but also I want to try the TeamSpeak stuff too. Are there any sites or servers that I can stream to for free? The audio will be of Johnson County Indiana at first then hopefully add the Indianapolis area. Thanks for any info provided!

In terms of teamspeak hosting, it seems like there are one or two out there, but you need to investigate that... There are hosting companies that will sell monthly hosting - but it's not free...

Check out IBN. They host about 70 feeds and it's free. http://www.incidentbroadcast.com

You could download Windows Media Encoder (free from Microsoft) and host it yourself... that's what I do. I have a dedicated computer in the basement of my home with the scanner I use for the feed. I have the computer connected to the scanner with a serial cable and can remotely control the scanner from any place with an internet connection.

Yeah but going with a service that has established listeners you get more well listeners.
Sucks to do it yourself and get lucky to get one or two listeners a month

Or even go with the wrong service and never get any listeners.
