Tecsun 660 v Eton Executive

Hi. I'm located in the UK and looking to purchase one of these radio's. My requirements are purely shortwave and ssb and I want something sensitive, selective and free from image's across the band using just the whip. I've watched just about every you tube video and cannot decide whether to get the cheaper 660 or find the extra money and import the Eton from the States via eBay. Has anybody got any advice! I also briefly considered the xhdata 808 but read it suffered images and intermod across the shortwave bands. Any advice would be appreciated.

Hey I may have answered my own question. I have just stumbled across the black Eton Elite Executive which is a revamped Satelitt on Amazon. Its very affordable and shipping from the States to UK is about $8... Unbelievable!

I cancelled the order as Amazon hadn't included import duties in the final pre order bill. I bought the cheaper XHDATA 808 instead despite the mixed reviews.
