.94 is down again. More talk about that on www.tulsahamradio.org though. .88 is up but if you are using the old 88.5 PL tone then you are accessing the repeater in one of the local amateur's homes. It's still being tested I believe. There is some discussion about it over at the above mentioned website as well. If you use a PL of 141.3 then you should have better luck accessing the .88 machine. Hope this helps.

94 has ongoing problems with the crowbar circuit on the power supply - if the power surges, then the crowbar trips, and you have to cycle the power off and back on to reset it. If the power flickers, that does the rest for us.

.88 has multiple receive sites with UHF links between each and the transmitter. The Sand Springs receiver is non-op. The Citiplex receiver has the 141.3 PL and the 'new' receiver to go at the Mid-con Bank building is on the air, but not "in" the air - that's the one being tested at the builder's home. So if you're in S. Tulsa or points south, use 141.3 PL. If you're in Sand Springs or points west, you're out of luck for the time being.

And as Matt said, much more info on the TRO forums.

I don't know, but I suspect 147.39 or 147.045. However, 94 is not down, it just goes down intermittently. I think it was back up this weekend.
