Can an admin enlighten us as to why most every county in the east half of Tennessee appears to have been updated (they're almost all green), and yet nothing has changed?

Ham repeaters were added, which are on the Amateur Radio tab. If you check the Downloads and Reports tab, you'll see what changes were made.

I think I added about 80 amateur repeaters to Tennessee from a submission which was sitting around for a while.
