Not sure if they were using the TRUCK system?? Trunked system was in operation as well as NJ U Tac 4 in analog mode for the drill.

Also heard some traffic on CBP Net 2 169.4005 NAC 301 - simplex - no encryption as well.

There was an IOP Patch of ITAC 5, UTAC 4 and ECOEM1. This patch served as the Command Net for communications OPS from/to UC by each lead agency rep. The agencies used their normal communications paths for operations.
