Political turf battles are common in Arkansas. I'd mention some local ones here in my area, but then it would only provoke some indignant harrumphing by those connected to it. I'm convinced that a lot of radio encryption here has much more to do with political turf squabbles than with "officer safety".

Wonder if they had this kind of madness in Kansas City.... Being it is also an 2 State City.... Anyway, hopefully we can have feet on ground there soon that can give us newest update on the AWIN site, and who is where using what TGs etc...

Oh, and is the Bi State JCTRS offlined yet?
