i hit the keypad lock i have been trying to hit the unlock i hot the fuc wait till the f blinks then hit the power button it does not fix it

Apparently NOT. I just tried it. It goes like this:

Press Func then without waiting hit the power button.

If you press Func for a second you have 5 seconds to hit any of the buttons that have orange writing on it. (In your case, the power button to unlock the keypad.) You can also press and hold the Func key until HOLDING is displayed. Then you can take as long as you want to hit the power button to unlock the keypad. Don't forget to hit the Func key momentarily to get out of the Func Hold mode.

If HOLD is flashing on the screen, you are in system hold mode. Press the HOLD button for about 3 seconds to exit.
