Make sure you also enter the dashes in between the groups of characters as it doesn't automatically separate them. I made this mistake the first time I bought keys for the SDS100.

I recently bought a Key online packaged with a couple others. I asked if the key was sent with a typo, and the told me the first char was missing, and was a 0. I wonder if someone is storing these in an excel spreadsheet which eliminates leading 0's....
I cannot say you guys are having the same problem, but try with a 0 in front

Bought 3 keys from Bearcat Wharehouse. Provoice and DMR went in fine. The waterfall key was missing a leading 0.

The DMR, NXDN, Provoice, and Waterfall upgrade keys should all have 24 characters (plus dashes)... 6-8-6-4 is the sequence count.

xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx-xxxxxx-xxxx

If you purchase any more upgrade keys, they are best purchased direct from Uniden rather than a 3rd party, a total savings of $50 in your case.

DMR = $60
Provoice = $50
Waterfall = $20
