Holy crap! LOL. A hair dryer on high fan speed / low temp works well too! Or if you are lucky enough to have an air compressor, you can use that to literally blast the water from a clean board.

Years ago, I used to clean circuit boards with standard dishwater, then use the air compressor to dry them off. Works like a charm! You must have been heartbroken to see that water running out of your radio...
