I'm reasonably sure that the old Tipton co. freq. of 155.64 is no longer in use.
I checked the RR project Hoosier SAFE-T site and the map shows site 527 for Tipton Co. but the listed system frequencies shows site 218 and lists 6 frequencies (866-868 MHz range).
Primary is 867.6625. Are these the ones I should use for Tipton Co. PD? Do they have to be programmed as a trunked system? I'm new to trunking, talkgroups etc. and would appreciate any help.

Tipton County has switched completely over to SAFE-T.
You'll have to have a digital scanner to pick their talkgroups up.
Program the Primary and alternate CC's in for the Tipton site and you'll be good to go.

Also, the reason the site numbers are different then the map is because the site numbers on the map are numbers the IPSC uses to identify the sites internally. The site numbers we use are the Motorola site numbers as reported by unitrunker, etc.. and a few of the newer digital scanners. The 1,2,3,and 4 prefix's indicate which of the 4 zones the site is in. Hope this helps :)
