Kenwood: TM-D700 or v708/7A Fan Holder

Does anyone have a 3d File for printing, or know of a supplier with the plastic housing that held the cooling fan on the D700/708/v7A Radios?

I am in need of a couple of these for radios and I cannot for the life of me find any, or any files to get some printed. I can share photos if needed.
