Todd County is in the clear. Last I knew there was no plans at this time to go encrypted in Todd County. Aside from the talkgroups the towers of Hewitt, Long Prairie, West Union, Sauk Centre, Lincoln, Aldrich, and Morrison Simulcast will have Todd traffic
