Topoff3 drill

i heard on the news this morning that Gov. Rell was supposed to release info on this drill this morning---i searched on the net but haven't found anything released today. Anyone heard anything.

That's what they're using for Topoff 3. I'm sure they are utilizing ITac also.

JUST TO STRESS THIS IS A SIMULATION i.e. DRILL and NOT THE REAL THING
