TRBO Connect Plus System 113

Last Thursday I was picking up some skip from the Central Ohio area. I logged two sites for some TRBO Connect Plus System with system ID 113. It's not listed in the database anywhere.

System ID 113
463.2625 Site 11 Neighbours 3, 4, 5, 6
464.9125 Site 5 Neighbours 4, 6, 11

I did a check for FCC licenses on here and noticed both had a YG license for P & R Communications Service. 463.2625 has licenses in Hillard & Columbus while 464.9125 has a license in Bluffton. Both of these under P & R are licensed for Analog and TRBO transmissions. Not sure but maybe someone out that way could see if they could confirm my findings.

In late September I caught a VC for Site 11 of Network 113

So I concur with you that 113 is P&R. I think Site 11 is Celina (Mercer) - WQNM210 (P & R Communications Service Inc) FCC Callsign Details. That site license has both the frequency you logged and the one I logged for site 11. And when I monitored this, it was on the night when I was picking up all of the other stuff from far across the state (B&C, Futronics, etc)
